I'm willing to bet you do! Here is a list of positions and requirements for the positions. I'm going to be lax right now since the site just opened, but we really don't need too much staff right now.
((mod . a mod will be in charge of accepting characters, making sure threads are in the right boards, and locking/moving threads to the archives when finished. a mod must be on at least three times a week, unless we are otherwise notified on absences.
((global mod . global mods do the same things mods do, plus they are able to edit board descriptions to change land ownership and stuff. they also can change staff positions. global mods also need to be on at least three times a week, unless otherwise notified.
((designer . each designer as a studio in the studio forum. they are in charge of regulating their studio. there is no requirement for days they need to be on, but we do wish for our members to be active.
((head designer . the head designer is like the mod of the studio forum. they make sure finished requests go where they belong, and they are also in charge of choosing designer for their forum. yes, essentially, the studio forum belongs to the head designer. head designers need to be on at least three times a week. they're kinda like mods for a specific forum.
((co-admin . coming
((admin . coming
applications are currently open for . . designer head designer

xD A cut out is a photomanipulation subject cut from it's original background and placed on a colored background. It's basically to show your ability to remove a subject from one background to another. (:
I'm going to make you a regular designer for now, if that's ok. I know most of these example are older, but if I could make some suggestions? When making manips, you want the subject to look as at-home as possible in the new background. Like it belonged there originally. Which means you first need to find a subject and a background that will work well together. In "Bella" you have a kicking horse in the background, but it looks like it was snowing or something. That doesn't really work unless everything in the image is snowing. You also want to cut as close to the subject as possible, the kicking horse has an outline around it that makes it look less real. Now, if you were to turn the outline into a glow, it might provide for a different feel. But right now, all I see is extra background. And don't forget, the smudge tool is your friend! Feel free to cut most of the mane and tail off and smudge it out from there. Use the 1px coloring tool and paint lines the color of the mane/tail, and the smudge them to blend 'em in. You can also smudge around the edge of the horse to get rid of rough edges.
Please don't think I'm trying to pick on you or anything. <33
So, if you don't mind, you now have the position of designer. (the reason I didn't put you as head designer is I'm not sure we're really in need of one right now, since it'll only be you for awhile)
